#ShowUsYourChildCare Social Media Toolkit

Moms First and theSkimm have teamed up to launch #ShowUsYourChildCare: a new campaign calling on companies to show up for their employees and open up about their child care policies.

The campaign acknowledges that child care is not a one size fits all. Policies can range from a dependent care FSA, resources for employees to access child care, direct child care subsidies or discounts, back up child care benefits, stipends, on-site child care or even workplace flexibility to accommodate caregiving needs.

Thank you for taking action and helping to increase transparency around employer child care benefits. We’ve put together this toolkit to provide companies with guidance to participate in this campaign.

Step 1: #ShowUsYourChildCare: Publicly Share Your Company’s Child Care Benefits

Share your organization’s child care benefits on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and/or Facebook. Don’t forget to use the campaign hashtag #ShowUsYourChildCare and tag us (@MomsFirstUS and @theSkimm), so we can amplify your posts.
